"The food was best meal we had in Taormina, and perhaps Scicily. The portions were all good sizes, and the quality was superb. Four of us shared four apps, and none of them disappointed. The entrees were just as delicious! The price was slightly more expensive than other restaurants we ate at but worth every cent. With a bottle of wine it ended up being about 60 euro/person. Loved it-will be back!"

They’ve just reopened, and everything feels fresh and thoughtfully done. Even though it was the off-season when we visited, the experience was flawless. We’re from New York and very particular about where we eat, and Mayo completely impressed us. If you’re visiting Taormina, do yourself a favor and give this restaurant a try. It’s a real gem!"
